Matthew joined the M&S Tax team in 2020 with over five years of experience working as a tax manager at a national CPA firm. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.
He specializes in M&A tax due diligence engagements, structuring and modeling for real estate clients, technology and private equity clients.
Matthew loves to travel and spent eight months living abroad in Belgium. He is an avid reader and history buff.
