In addition, to overseeing the firm’s quality control, I am an expert in meeting the expanded financial reporting requirements specific to the construction industry and assisting contractors by providing the highest quality financial reporting packages to sureties, financial institutions, underwriters, general contractors, and business owners.

I also specialize in assisting private equity groups and other business owners with acquisition and sales transactions.
