Regional Business Development Manager

Xamin is seeking a growth-minded sales professional to drive profitable business growth. This individual will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial qualification through pursuit and closing, leveraging their deep understanding of sales processes and coordinating company’s technical expertise with target client needs. Additionally, there is approximately 5-10 days a month travel required for client visits, trade shows, industry conferences etc.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Close profitable new business
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts within assigned territory
  • Ability to recognize client requirements and propose short-term, project and managed-service agreement solutions.
  • Independently build referral network, thought leadership contacts within target community
  • Prepare targeted presentations and manage client meetings
  • Conduct personal outreach to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with lead generation partners, attend tradeshows and events, and leverage website referrals to generate new leads
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and pain points
  • Create and conduct presentations with prospective client decision-makers to showcase the value proposition of our solutions, support, and company experience
  • Work closely with the Leadership and Engineering teams to develop customized solutions that address customer requirements
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to sales management.


  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a service-driven B2B environment, preferably in an IT or similar technical industry
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate leads through personal outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Proficiency in solution selling methodologies and techniques
  • Ability to conduct engaging group presentations and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize company subject matter experts in building compelling client presentations, proposals etc.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM to manage sales pipelines and track business development activities.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
