In establishing our firm, we saw an opportunity where creative, client-oriented individuals could focus their efforts on working with clients with the objective of increasing profitability and wealth creation through the development and improvement of their business rather than focusing on the historical measurement and compliance work traditionally done by CPA firms.

We work with our clients to create a vision of where they want to be in five to seven years. These goals can involve selling their business, increasing profitability, retiring their debt or just taking more time off. We then work with our clients on a proactive basis to help them achieve their goals.

We feel our approach creates substantial value for our clients and provides more meaningful professional relationship. This method is also far more personally rewarding for us because we know that we are making an important contribution to our client’s success.

Our client base is comprised of closely held and/or family businesses dispersed across many different industries including manufacturing, construction contractors, technology companies, professional service industries, distributors, retailers and non-profit organizations. The problems and nuances faced by closely held and family businesses and their shareholders are unique and require close special attention by professionals with expertise in working with closely held businesses and their owners.
