Chargeability Bonus Plan: We reward Associates and Senior Associates who exceed pre-established levels of chargeable hours with additional compensation. The plan operates on a three-year period and is broken down into a budget for each period identified below.

Period 1 January 1 through April 30 700 hours
Period 2 May 1 through September 30 500 hours
Period 3 October 1 through December 31 300 hours

Referral Bonus Plans: Employees who refer clients to Mowery & Schoenfeld will earn a 10% bonus based on the first three years of those clients’ relationship with our firm. Also, employees who refer entry-level or experienced staff to the firm earn financial bonuses.
